I gave this one a try and I'll be going elsewhere. What to say about the program which doesn't even tell you how to start a new game? Not even in "help" system. Add this to the price and...guess what...bye bye. Oh, yes, one more thing. I've never seen a single poker game, free of shareware, that has SO poorly desgined betting system...at least in Texas Hold'em...

Frustratingly poor review - ToddOuzts

Perhaps you missed the prompt in the main window that clearly says, "Game paused. Click the deck to play." Or the standard File Open menu that says, "Open Another Game...". Or the Rules menu command that says, "Reset Standings". Perhaps?

Wow... Yet another developer who replies to comments in a defensive, wise-ass, beligerent manner.

Customer Service 101: Whether you agree with a person's comments or not, and whether or not the commenter is abusive, annoying, insulting or even incorrect, responding with a similar level of sarcasm and beligerence makes YOU look bad.

This doesn't reflect well on the product at all. Sorry.

Frustratingly poor review - Brass Hammer

Wow - Another jerk that has a chip on his shoulder about life and takes it out on the talented. That reflects poorly on you. This is a good game. Developers will always have trouble anticipating the truly moronic, however.

Wow-- another idiot with no originality that resort to mocking the comments of others in an attempt to minimize them.

Sorry, Brass--your attempt to justify the developer's response has failed. It should have been handled in a more professional manner. The point stands.

Your remarks reveal that you have no concept of customer service. The original poster's comments--while possibly incorrect--were not 'moronic.' But even if they were, a developer needs to have a cooler head.

Cheers
