It's very cute but it's a timer, not a stopwatch.

Is too a stopwatch - eduweb
The leftmost button of the group of three buttons is the stopwatch button.This is certainly not obvious.
Nonetheless, I've found Minteur to be the most compact timer/stopwatch tool that's free.
