Crashes when I try to open an AAC file

I drag the aac file from the finder onto the ChapterToolMe window and then it crashes. I'm running 10.4.5 and iTunes 6.0.3

System Info:PowerMac G4 Dual-533 MHz, 1 GB RAM, 10.4.5
