Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

The above link goes to the 3DES version. If you click the Mac OS X link at the bottom of the page, you will get the correct link, which is this one.

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/darwin

This is the one that should replace the above link; might reduce the confusion some people are having.

The link is wrong. - George Oster

Wrong again: this link <http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/darwin>
takes you to a page that says:

Tools & Resources
Software Download
Mac OS X VPN Clients

NOTE:
There are currently no files for this type.

So Cicso still hasn't gotten its act together!

Ah, dang it. Okay, so you still have to click on Mac OS X VPN Client on the bottom of the page. Annoying, I know. Oh well, hopefully everyone here will be able to get there from reading these comments though.

Thanks for checking.

You can only download this thing if your account with cisco has been activated to allow you to do so. If you just register from scratch, there are no files to download (yes, even after you click the link at the bottom). I'm guessing that the few people who have been able to successfully download this thing did not register from scratch but already had some kind of account on cisco.com.

It's a PITA, because presumably someone in my corp of several tens of thousands of people has an account that lets them download the client, but they sure aren't sharing. In about a year or two someone might actually get around to making it available as an internal download (SIGH). Cisco are lame for making it so hard to download their software.
