Crop problems

Feedback Type:  Troubleshooting Report

Contributed by: Michael Patterson Tuesday, February 14 2006 @ 05:30 PM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

This version does not seem to be able to auto-crop my .avi files correctly. When auto crop is pushed it shows the movie with the crop incorrectly set to high or too low, which icludes some of the black border. I haven't completed any crop after that point.

Crop problems - Bongoloid

You can maanually enter what you want / guestimate, and then hit the PREVIEW button to see what you will get.

I've seen the auto crop work and not work, depending on the video file.

Most of the time, it works for me....
