I had the exact same problem as jaime.tobar. The software crashed and now my account files will not open and all my tracking is lost. I have no stability issues with my computer otherwise. I hate give a bad review as I really liked the software at first, but losing access to all your data is the worst thing that can happen so I can't just leave it be.

Nice at first - then lost all data - rcolonna

Hello. My apologies to both of you who are losing data. I'm not sure what could be causing that. I've been really terrible about keeping up with feedback over the past few months, as my day job has left me too brain-fried to even write shoddy code, and i feel pretty bad about that. Lately, i've resumed development, though, and am working on a ground-up rewrite (maintaining file compatibility). I'm really not sure what might cause data loss, though--the number one suspect would be if the file didn't have the right extension; it's got to have '.spht' after it. Other than that, I've never actually seen it happen, and only heard it from a few other people before this. For the record, i still use it every day. I don't imagine it's a good idea to send your files, but perhaps you could try running the program with the Console open, and telling me if it says anything interesting as it tries to open the documents. See the website or the About box for my contact info (the developer note thing is broken so i'm doing it this way).
