I've been trying to use this software for 6 months. It has slowed to the point of being unusable. (not that it was ever a speed demon!) I have contacted Mark/Space support, who replied with a bizarre reply! They are aware of the problem, and are working on an update, but the update to fix the speed issue, won't be updated. WHAT?!? I cannot complete a sync as I am not prepared to wait for over an hour. I just wish I could get my money back!
