Hi Mikis,

Just wanted to say, the base recommended spec for DJ-1800 2.2.1 is an 800Mhz G3, G4 or G5 or better with at least 256Mhz memory, so it's not too surprising that you might have problems with a 400Mhz computer :-)

BTW, v2.2 of DJ-1800 did indeed include some serious audio stability improvements, which mean that audio dropouts are a thing of the past in DJ-1800 when using a machine which matches the recommended spec. We agree that it's the single most important thing in DJing.

One final thing: one of the benefits of DJ-1800 using QuickTime is that it allows you to play iTunes Music Store files right in DJ-1800, something which Traktor can't do.

Thanks for taking the time to give the feedback - I'd also agree that people should try all the tools out there, and see what works for them :-)
