Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

Recommend Product: NO

Upon entering a new account, using the downarrow crashes the program. Then, when you verify data, you find that it is corrupt. Then you rebuild the data and the same problem happens the next time you try. Quickbooks support went through all the hoops and could not resolve the problem. Therefore, it is a problem in either the software or its relationship to the apple operating system. This is so frustrating because of all the programs we use, our bookkeeping should be the least corruptible. I found these same problems with Intuit's other Macintosh products such as Quicken. Intuit, over the years, has not been able to resolve this extremely important issue of maintaining our data safely.
