Buggy with Tiger 10.4.4 on iMac G5. Sometimes works smoothly, but often generates the Spinning Beachball of Death and requires a Force Quit (app not responding). Sometimes does not make any attempt to connect. Quitting and restarting the app sometimes fixes this.

If it has been a long time since the Mac has shut down or restarted (I usually just put mine to sleep), Acquisition can forget that it is registered. It remembers after a restart.

I've used Acq for years and been very happy. This release is buggy with my configuration.
