This release now includes the latest release of the JavaEmbeddingPlugin 0.9.5+b and the corresponding MRJPlugin 0.9.5+b.

The problem is that these plug-ins are causing Java incompatibilities for me, and I suspect others on this forum. The older release of Firefox 1.0.7 didn't include these plug-ins.

To remove the plug-ins, right(control)-click on the FireFox 1.5.0.1 application, "Show Package Contents". Remove the following two files from the /Contents/MacOS/plugins/:

JavaEmbeddingPlugin.bundle
MRJPlugin.bundle
