Very disappointing

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Not disappointed in the PowerMail product, but very disappointed with Support.

I have been using Eudora for 10 years and am seeking a replacement as Qualcomm appears to have lost interest in Eudora for the Mac.

I downloaded PowerMail and:
1. Signed up for the mail list. Did not receive a single message during the last week. Not even an acknowledgement that I was on the list.
2. Sent a request to Support and received nothing.

There is no user forum on the website. This is simply not acceptable today as forum software costs $zero to $500.

I did play with PowerMail as was favorably impressed, but I am not using a product that appears to have no support.

Very disappointing - mr sniffles

I just paid to upgrade from 4.2.1 (which I absolutely love) to the latest version two days ago, and have yet to hear anything back.

A pattern seems to be developing.

Perhaps some people at the company are on vacation.

And I continue to wait...
(Which I commented about in a review that seems to have disappeared)

So, it's been over a week, I've contacted them three times, and still have yet to get what I paid for. Nor, have I gotten any response, at all.

If this is how the treat their long time customers, I really don't see much of a future for them.

Getting paying customers the product they laid down money for, should be priority number one. I don't care how small of a company you are. I don't care if you're one guy in his bedroom.

It's a shame because I really, really liked their program. And, the only reason I decided to upgrade was to support them. I guess they don't want my support...

Very disappointing, 3 weeks later - davebarnes

Well, it has been 3 weeks and still no reply from PowerMail Support.

I really wanted to like this product. I really wanted to spend the money.
