Did this, and no additional CODECS needed. Support also suggests going to windowsupdate.com and check and see if DIRECTX is updated. Unfortunately, This requires the use of the dicontinued Microsoft Internet Explorer to access. Further, unless I missed an update somewhere, Window Update doesn't function on a Mac.
