Installed and tried my first conversion. WMA to MP3. Error message directs me to type in URL {I suggest this be a linked message, rather than directing the user to type in a url} for support. In the support it suggests checking for a restrictive license on the file. Not present. It also suggests loading the file in Windows Media Player to make sure all appropriate CODECS are installed. Did this, and no additional CODECS needed. Support also suggests going to windowsupdate.com and check and see if DIRECTX is updated. Unfortunately, This requires the use of the dicontinued Microsoft Internet Explorer to access. Further, unless I missed an update somewhere, Window Update doesn't function on a Mac.

Best tool for that is "EasyWMA." I use it routinely with presets so that my WMA-formatted podcast lectures get converted, downsampled, and stuck in their appropriate locations. Nice!Reply to This
