Error on launch - doesn't work?

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Immediately after installing this, a message on the widget appears saying "An Error Occurred"

Below that it says "<<script>> doesn't understand the format_art message"

I'd sure love this to work. Any clues?

I had this problem as well. Not sure what the problem is.
