Existing users, 
I got a new Palm TX and installed VT Mobile on it hoping that it could help me keep my software up to date, since I can use it wirelessly.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work on the TX. Maybe that's because the TX isn't a phne... "smart"or otherwise?
When I launch VT Mobile, this error message appears:
Please ensure that IBM's WebSphere Micro Environment Java VM is installed.

>Go to http://www.palm.com/us/support/jvm/download.html for the necessary software.Don't bother. I already did and installed/verified the Websphere environment and had same result as other users: it works a few times but then goes into an endless cycle of rebooting the T/X.
I exchanged email with the developer of the V/T software and he was very pleasant but confirmed it doesn't work on the T/X.
Too bad...
