4.3.6 caused kernel panics?

Feedback Type:  Commentary

Contributed by: rgl7194 Thursday, January 26 2006 @ 05:57 PM PST

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

I upgraded to 4.3.6 Tuesday evening, and on Wednesday, I had my first 2 kernel panics in a long, long, long time. I downgraded to 4.3.5 last night, and no problems or kernel panics during the last 24 hours.

I think I'll be sticking with 4.3.5 for now...

Running 10.3.9 on an iMac G4 1GHz.

4.4.0 ALSO causes kernel panics!!!!! - Cowicide

As I've mentioned in other posts above, BT 4.4.0 is causing (of all things) kernel panics on my rock-solid stable G4 running OS 10.3.9

Downgrade to 4.2.0 resolved the issue. WTF is this dev doing?!!!!
