I recently purchased Formation and find it very useful. However, I have been unable to get a response from Radical Breeze to some questions and issues I have concerning the product. Why even have a contact email posted on your site if you don't intend to respond when users contact you?

We generally reply within 24 hours - BryanLAS

If you have sent questions to us that have not received a reply in a relatively prompt fashion (48 hours or so depending on the question(s)), then something is wrong. Either we never received your emails or our responses are not getting to you. Typically spam filters are the culprit.

If this happens I recommend trying to use a different email account if you have one available, or checking the spam filter settings on your email client.

Don't patronize your users. The above statement is nothing but a juvenile attempt to shift blame for not answering onto the person attempting to reach you. What could you possibly be sending in a reply that would trigger a spam filter? Certainly not your sparkling personality.

Support? total lack of - twicks

Don't believe RadBryan, the Radical Breeze pope. According to the blog (which was recently decommissioned), several people have written to the "contact" email address and have never gotten replies. I've been in email contact with a couple of these kind folks and the report that no one responds to their support issues. I'd test this out but I don't have a reportable problem and also Bryan has put me on his s**t list because I'm an outspoken critic on the erswhile blog and he wouldn't give me the time of day much less answer a support question.

This outfit is so user-hostile that you gamble your money by buying any of their products. If you do have a problem, you'll be walking on eggs if you raise a complaint. The guy's ego is so touchy that you'd best word your complain such that it doesn't impugn his integrity and manhood.
