Existing users, 
......being able to control my Sony DirectTV box and not. With it, I have effectively replaced my Tivo, but with much more flexibility (no Tivo to Go DRM or lack of Mac support).
It's been in service since August, haven't missed a program yet.

Hi Hal,I really appreciate your comments. I have worked very hard on the features that I know need to be rock solid, and I never want to miss a program either! I've never missed a program on my cable box (I tape as many as 8 shows on a busy day), and I've had iEye Captain controlling the cable box since about May of last year. I wish I could say the same about my JVC DVD recorder...
Please let me know if there's anything I can improve in the program to better meet your needs (email or iChat is best).
