Not sure what's with all the complaints, but I have used this for over a year and it works great. My failure rate is less than 1% and when I upgraded to a dual layer burner, it was immediatly recognized and supported. Yes, I could get the same end result using some variety of other apps, but this is the one that does it all, simple and easy. Well worth the price for me.
