Now that a link has been posted to a zip file, how do I get this plugin installed?
Unzipping produces a folder, and inside are a few files, but none of them are directions for installation.
Kind of new to the Mac world. If this is fairly obvious, patience and advice are appreciated. A good amount of web searching did not yield an answer for me.
Thanks.

How do I install this? - ljouphoto
It appears to be a great application but, I can't use it! I downloaded it and created the "InputManagers" folder needed for it and after unstuffing the download and having the installation disc on my desktop, I dragged the only file there (the Safari icon with the "BLOCK" letters accross it) into such folder and re-started Safari and was not able to get it to work. I control-clicked on a flash ad and did not get the Safariblock option at the end to appear. I also tried a mouse with a "right" button and nothing happened either. One other thing I tried was to double click on the SafriBlock icon and to drag the contents onto the InputManager folder re-starting Safari again and, nothing again. I tried contacting the developer through his website but, the E-mail address is out of whack. I am using OS 10.3.9 and Safari 1.3.2 so, this should work. I'd love to hear any suggestions since I want to get rid of all of this ad junk. Thanks,
Larry

Larry: It sounds like you have it installed in the correct location (see "lbodrozic"s post above, or the ReadMe which accompanies the download). To verify, though: Did you first visit Safari's Preferences (under the Safari menu), and ensure SafariBlock was enabled (click the "Enable" button)?I can't remember whether it's "on" by default, so this step might be needed to allow the plugin to do its thing.
Also, I'll certainly agree with the other posters here: I can't imagine using Safari without this addition. This should really be a BUILT-IN behavior of Safari, allowing users a customizable method of adding a list of sites without the need for an add-on. But, I'm certainly thankful for the developer's work in filling this gap in functionality!

Figured it out! For anyone else who needs to know, copy or move the entire SafariBlock folder to:/Library/InputManagers
(or /Users/<login>/Library/InputManagers to keep its use local to username <login>)
Another tip, there is a great utility called filterset.g, which is an agregated list of adblock filters. If you are using firefox, there is a plugin that will update from filterset.g automatically. For safariblock, you can get the list here:
http://www.pierceive.com/filtersetg/
and use safariblock import to get the wildcards.
This thing rocks!
