Good but...

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

There are two things preventing me from using Thunderbird:

1) There's no way to import all my mail from Apple Mail
2) No easy address book integration/import

Unfortunately, until these two HUGE issues have been addressed, I'll stick with what I'm currently using.

Good but... - Mr. Shaffer

for importing Mail.mbox containers:
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=363915

for importing Address Book:
http://kb.mozillazine.org/Import_Mac_OS_X_address_book

I did not use either of these when I migrated a co-workers AOL mail to thunderbird (I had to use Mail.app as an inbetween).

I agree that these things should be part of Thunderbird, but until then please search their forums for workarounds.
