Either the links are not working, or it is not clear what order numbers to enter, or what account names to enter. Very unprofessional!

Update process is a major pain... - rackham

Granted, having to get a new version of Saft for each new Safari version is tedious, but the developer is quick. I had no problem logging in; it is quite clear what is required: all you need is info off your receipt.
