I installed the latest Saft (8.2.2) and after restarting Safari it gave me a continuous beachball as windows just popped up every 1 second. None of them loaded a website they just were spinning as if looking for a site.
I force-quit it after 17 windows appeared with no end in sight.
I downgraded and then cleared out my saved browser windows: File -> Delete Saved Browser Window -> Delete all
and then upgraded again and it is working fine, so far.

My Work-around - Tomnibus
Incidentally I worked around this by turning off the saving of browser windows and cleared them in the file menu.Wednesday, January 11 2006 @ 10:20 AM PST

It seems even though the "restore at start" is NOT checked in the Misc Prefs of Saft. It's doing it anyway.Reply to This
