Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 1-6 months

I'm quite unsure about this product. I wanted to use it to call within Switzerland, as well as to Russia and Japan, Mac - to - phone.

No one can can hear a thing I say. The echo is massive. I use a broadband; and usually phone connections in Europe are excellent (and with Japan, too).

So maybe it's not for me.

Try using a headset or earphones so the computer speakers don't feedback into the microphone.

No1.Use a headset as recommended. No2.Use a headset as recommended. And if you're talking to other people using Skype it's just good manners to do so. If people leave their speakers on it just becomes disorienting for the other person.

I have had this problem as well. The problem turned out that you must use headphones to avoid feedback and resulting echo. The overall voice quality is excellent.
