I too am hoping rbrowser will clean up its noise and trail. I like its ssh functionality and GUI flexibility but will not purchase as is. For the person who asked, a good open source ftp client is cyberduck http://www.cyberduck.com; a shareware app I like a lot is yummyFTP http://www.yummysoftware.com.

Further, the trial system is inadequate. I barely tried it and had my trial expire, did this a couple more times with different emails to get another trial license.

Developer, please move to less onerous licensing, minimal network impact, and no needless residue, as well as a more useful trial opportunity.
