while i love this app, trying to use it full-time still exposes some weak points ... screen redraws: i must report that the scrolling has gotten pretty laggy (again?). this has still mostly to do with the syntax colouring. obviously now, the visible screen content gets rerendered/-coloured on every scrolling. this also explains why multi-line commented out parts are flashing their colours when scrolling into/out of the visible frame. i can't say how this can be improved, but SubEthaEdit proves that this can be done in an excellent manner, functionality- and speedwise. SEE also acts more reasonable when it comes to context-sensitive syntax coloring IMHO. btw: disabling smooth scrolling in the system prefs hardly helps with the speed ... tabbing: what keystroke tabs lines/blocks in the reverse direction?? neither shift-tab or alt-tab do anything in that regard ... even toolbar-buttons like in SEE would help (btw: the functions entab/detab do nothing obvious for me - if those were supposed to handle this?)
