I've tried installing this twice (OS X 10.3.9) and the framework, RARDroppiX and RARDroppiX_src.zip are all that get installed. I've tried restarting and no preference pane appears. seems nice enough and if the metadata/resource files etc *can* be retained in later versions it'll be a real competitor to Zip now that Stuffit is effectively dead.

No Preference Pane - ffooky
Still no go I'm afraid. Can I be sure that it's 100% safe to install the pref pane manually ?
Thanks for the response.

Try to download again it (I've just posted a revisited installation package). However if the problem persist (with Tiger all works fine here) contact me again. You can also find the preference pane at: http://www.malcom-mac.com/projects/rarix/RARiX2.0.1b1.prefPane.zipReply to This
