I've given this product a long and fair go but was disappointed in a couple of areas, particularly the way it handled my Adress Book contacts.

It created unnecessary duplicates, etc.

I asked if this had been fixed in the latest version, I was assured it was, but to test it properly I had to purchase the update, and was told that I had 30 days to test it and could have a refund if I decided it was not working for me. I have all the emails detailing this.

This I did. My problem was not resolved. I entered an amicable email correspondence and then decided it was not for me. I requested a refund.

Three months later this has not happened.

Dishonest responses (or lack of) - badtzjunk

they keep saying on their msg boards that they'd "fix" issues in the next release, but they never do ...... there's many problems they said over a year ago on their baords that they said they would fix but still outstanding.

As for the user saying that bugs have not been fixed, which bugs do you speak of? Please check out version history to see all of the new features we constantly add as well as the bugs we fix.
