Hi, I'm a dev for the OS X version of Celestia. It'd be really helpful if you could give some details on what machines you've tried Celestia on before giving an embarrassingly low star rating. My guess is Celestia has crashed for you on either a recent iBook, Mac Mini, or a recent eMac. These machines use the ATI 9000/9200 video chipset, which unfortunately have buggy video drivers. This problem is well documented, and if you were to read the Readme file that was included with the program, a workaround exists that will allow you to use Celestia without crashes. If you have further problems, please post in the official forum (http://www.shatters.net/forum/). Giving us detailed info about what hardware you're having problems running Celestia on would be most helpful.Reply to This
