I love this widget. I have no idea what the buttons on the back do though. The three check boxes. On is periodic 5 min check, but the other two don't make sense. If you hover over it I would like a Brief description or single word to appear so i know what each one does.

Love it! - Gopher84

Hi there.
The three checkboxes are described in the manual on my page:
http://www.students.uni-mainz.de/kwasmich/projects/mailwidget_en.html

but here is a short description:
1. Periodic check : MailWidget will perform a new Mail check every 5 minutes in background (Dashboard not shown)
2. A Fe-Mail voice will announce new eMail to you acousically. this is especially interesting in combination with the first checkbox.
3. When you start Dashboard the first time after reboot MailWidget will check for updates.

Love it! too - mqandil

This is so simple and awsome. It woks as advetised. As for earlier comments about checking one email account at a time, indeed it would be nice to check multiple accounts at once. But you can add this multiple times to your collection, and assign each one to a different email. Love this thing
