Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Less than a month

Recommend Product: NO

iGetter: manages downloads, sleeps/shuts down/restarts when finished.

Pause: Monitors almost any task, sleeps/shuts down/restarts when task is completed.

Pause is really all you need. It is far more powerful than Mac Shutdown X, and freeware. No comparison. If you want something better than Safari's pitiful download manager, then give iGetter a shot. It's shareware, but you can use it for free, just by waiting a few seconds and clicking a widget at the splash screen.

Pause is great but does not work properly in Leopard. emails to the developer are not answered. Pity ...

Say what, Tension Software? - Felix01

Why am I not surprised a representative from Tension Software would opine that "Mac Shutdown is a lot better?" :-)

Now that post has tons of credibility, doesn't it? <much sarcasm>
