Existing users, 
The Camino project is now almost 3 years old and version 1.0 is still in BETA! That's what I call the development cycle from hell.
In the interim, Camino has clearly lost the browser wars and one has to wonder if the people developing this thing realize it. It still has rendering problems with some sites and doesn't support RSS. It has become obsolete in utero. Still, it has been a noble effort.

still beats Safari - ML9
I'd rather use NetNewsWire for RSS anyway. Once Camino can recognize feeds, that's all I need. And keep in mind that Camino has now integrated most of the features that you have to pay for in Saft.Thursday, December 29 2005 @ 09:49 PM PST

these guys just set high standards for themselves. You can get all obsessive about a number, but the fact is that Camino has been a great, fast and reliable browser for a long time now.Also, before you start whining about slow development, maybe you should ask yourself how much you paid for it. These guys developing this have paying jobs, and it ain't building Camino...
and to the devs, please keep up the great work, Camino is my, and many others, default browser, your efforts are greatly appreciated.

Sorry man, this is a great browser. By far my fav. Limited feature set is a pro, not a con. Every browser has rendering problems with some sites. Fast, lean and more Mac like than Safari.Reply to This
