I've been deeply impressed by Aperture so far. While it surely has a quirk here and there, it's already quite a pleasure to work with. Keep in mind people that this is version 1.0. Final Cut Pro was in much worse shape when it was initially released and now it is of industry leading grade. Same with OS X -- anybody remember 10.0?

Aperture has already made my life much easier and I'm really excited about future versions.
