I'm surprised you guys are taking this so seriously. It's just a nice looking ornament for you Dashboard. We'll certainly try and improve the lavalamp-ness of it in the future, but I don't think it deserves the harsh comments it's getting.

Wasn't putting down the time & effort put into the program. I actually think it looks very cool!I'd even wager that if it worked like a real lava lamp that you could make a small sum if it was donation ware!
I can imagine the algorithms would be quite complex compared to a rising bubble, but I'll bet they're out there somewhere :-)
