I downloaded this no even 5 minutes ago, and I already love it. I tried Iconographer, a Photoshop plugin, and a few other tools, just to make an icon from a Photoshop file. I downloaded this, dropped the file on it, and not 15 seconds later, I had the icon done. All size, with transparency. And it still hasn't been 5 minutes yet.

I'm not usually dense but I'm having a little trouble with Easy Bake--once it does its thing and saves the tiff file called "icon of (file)", I'm just getting a file with a generic tif icon.
