I decided to give it a try for our firm. I filled out their form - sent them the money ($27.50!!!!) and now - NOTHING. No serial number - nothing.

Frankly, I prefer hand processed payments to auto payments. Not always practical, but for a smaller operation perfectly acceptable. Besides, you are allowed to go to dinner Christmas weekend :) as long as you;re back in the office to stoke the fire on Christmas morning EARLY!!!!Just basedon this post, I will try the program. Sounds like you have some happy customers.

Thanks for your order. I'm sorry for the delay in sending out your license key but at the moment I must manually process orders and I was out to dinner this evening. I processed your order as soon as I got home, you should have received your key within a few hours of your original order.I relize it would make things a lot less complicated (for me too) if orders were processed automatically, but I haven't yet had time to implement that part of the order process.
