Did not solve my fast user switching problem

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

I removed wacom's old driver for my tablet. I then installed this update. I was really hoping that my tablet would now work properly when fast user switching was employed, but I was disappointed. I installed the new driver. I then switched to a second user. For that user it worked. I stayed logged in and switched to a third user and my mouse would not move across the screen. I logged out this user, then I logged out the second user and logged back into my user. Then, the mouse/tablet worked again. Fast user switching has never worked properly with this tablet on my computer, not since it was first instituted in Panther, and the problem continues on into Tiger.

Did not solve my fast user switching problem - Wacom Technologies

Tammy, please call Wacom Tech support and let them now that this update has not solved your Fast User Switching problem. You either have a very unique system setup, or a unique usage pattern that we have not seen before.

It took us some time and work before we understood and could duplicate the Fast USer Switching bug that was fixed in this release. However, it all started with a customer calling in and working with us so that we could find the bug.
