Any chance of making this work with 10.3.9? I can't get the old prefPane that also claims to do this to work at all on 10.3.9.

Just give it a try. Lacking 10.3.9, I cannot verify this right now; but according to another user, Service Scrubber does work on 10.3.9.

It works in one account but not in another; odd. Still, it does work, and that's great!
