Is anybody else having problems downloading patches from the Roxio site?

I log-in, pick a product, go to the relevant download where it says Download Patch then it takes me back full circle to the product choice again over and over.

Help! How do I get this patch!

Download problems - epc

I had a lot of problems too, and finally downloaded the program from a PC using Internet Explorer.
Apparently there's some conflict with download accelerators and/or Firewall software (e.g., NetBarrier). If you're using something similar, try disabling the software and see whether the download works.

Any software application (Firewall, NetBarrier) that hides your referrer (or "last web site visited") will get you in a loop on Roxio's website. This is not a conflict, it's a security feature... you just have to turn off the referrer blocking feature of your software temporarily to access the download page.

If using Safari, make sure you disable "block pop-up windows" before selecting the upgrade patch. Otherwise DL fails.

I have had the same problem regarding downloads. I turned off Netbarrier and the "block pop-up windows" check on Safari and still get the problem of being referred back to the updates site. I have never had this problem with another site, so I fear it is something Roxio is doing.
