Bad Support - mutonia_dotmac
The Applicatin is Ok. a bit overpriced but that´s it with having monopols.If you have a Problem you get only on 1 Email a day.
With standard Answers. Obviously not about your special problems . in my Case (mac OS) i got Instructions on how to fix it on Win.XP (of course i described bevore Hand what OS i have.
Or there is this support Hotline, where they charge you a lot Money
