The app opens up fine, but then immediately tries to do something and the window fills with this repeated error message:
dyld: /LIBTRANSFER/necflashX.app/Contents/Resources/necflash can't open library: /usr/lib/libstdc++.6.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)
I imagine this is related to a PHP interpreter? I searched Versiontracker an found nothing. If this is the problem, where can I find one?
Any help appreciated, I'd really like to flash the firmware on my NEC drive. Thanks!

Won't Work- Missing library? - Tom Myers
http://binflash.cdfreaks.com/necflash is a GUI (interface) for binflash. Go to the link above website to download binflash for the NEC DVD drives. Read the information and the disclaimers on their home page.
Put all downloads onto your desktop out of any folders, then double-click necflash and install.
Maybe someone smarter has a better way, but it worked for the four drives that I used to upgrade the firmware on.
If your Mac OS doesn't recognize your drive, install the appropriate Patchburn software for your OS X version. It's also free.
