I encouraged a friend to pay for this. Then his Mac G3 died and we have been contacting the company for 2 weeks trying to get the correct info to reserialize it on his newer G4. They keep sending either the exact same serial number that FAILS to work -or- I get a message saying to contact sales@fastdvdcopy.com

Keeps going around in a circle and cannot be made to accept the number on the new cpu. what a mistake and poor customer support.

Exactly what happened to me. After a month and a half and many emails later, I finally got what I required. Very poor support.
