Used Product For: 6-12 months

I just tried to install this. A warning message says this is older than the installed version. I have Sound Soap 2 installed but it is not Pro which is only at version 1. Could this be the problem?

Yes. You cannot use a Soundsoap Pro updater on SoundSoap 2, it is a different program.
