The Tech Support folks at Now, particularly Michael and the Product Manager Corey Johnson could not have been more helpful. Aside from the Templates and Print dialog issues, which were solved quickly and correctly, this is a solid upgrade. The one warining I have is to RTFRM, but also to make sure you don't have any old v4 files laying around. Before I reinstalled v5.1, I had reverted to v5.0.4 from my backup, removing all traces of Now software from my primary drive. After the v5.1 install, everything works great.
