I'm having trouble viewing .mov files

They are Apple commercials saved with Quicktime Pro. Some of them are not displayed at all while others stutter and have no audio. I would think that this app is designed to view such movies. They are easily displayed in Quicktime.

Why not just use QuickTime to view them? I use QT for .mov and .mp4 files, and VLC for pretty much everything else.Reply to This
