I'm having trouble viewing .mov files

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

They are Apple commercials saved with Quicktime Pro. Some of them are not displayed at all while others stutter and have no audio. I would think that this app is designed to view such movies. They are easily displayed in Quicktime.

Um, use QuickTime? - PopeZaphod

Why not just use QuickTime to view them? I use QT for .mov and .mp4 files, and VLC for pretty much everything else.

That's what I'm doing. I just wondered why since this is an app designed for the Mac why it wasn't able to handle .mov files. Thanks for your reply anyway.
