Solution: XDrawChem 1.9.9 fails to launch - Sir1963

Still failed to launch.

However after having to muck about and install all the other dependancies to try and make it work I have discovered that when my time is accounted for, it is cheaper to buy a commercial package. I have zero intention of wasting my time to install this on 30 machines when it is so much quicker (and hence cheaper) to simply buy chemdraw.

MacIntel?: was XDrawChem 1.9.9 fails to launch - suhopdu

Hi, I have a new MacBook Pro (Intel Core Duo, OS 10.4.7), and am getting this error (fails to launch) when trying to run the new package:

$ ./xdrawchem
dyld: Library not loaded: libqt-mt.3.dylib
Referenced from: /Applications/xdrawchem199/xdrawchem.app/Contents/MacOS/xdrawchem
Reason: no suitable image found. Did find:
/usr/local/lib/libqt-mt.3.dylib: mach-o, but wrong architecture
Trace/BPT trap

I do have QtMac336-Mini-Intel installed.
Are there plans for a Universal package for xdrawchem?

XDrawChem 1.9.9 for MacOs X does not open at all after downloading it on my MacBook Intel Core Duo. I'm afraid that it is not suitable for Intel recent Mac?
