Version 2.3 really knocked my socks off. It did everything I needed and much more. Tiger broke 2.3 and having paid the shareware fee only a few months earlier, I wasn't really thrilled about paying another ~$10 for the tiger compatible update. Having loved 2.3 so much, I bit the bullet and coughed up the fee.
Well since v3.0 finally came out I haven't been able to use it to backup my iBooks internal drive to my external drive. I hoped that 3.1 would fix this problem but no luck.
To add to the problem, the developer hasn't responded to my last four emails (all related to the drive cloning problem)
Xupport is a very good program, but the lack of a working clone feature and poor technical support I can't recommend it .
