I'd been using the e2sync product quite happily until migrating to an Exchange server last summer. Since then, appointments coming from Exchange to Entourage and going through e2sync have been showing up with odd time offsets that appear to be related to the different time zones for myself, the Exchange server, and the meeting proposer.
I went through the usual ritual of reporting the problem. The first few times, the tech support people told me they'd fixed it and sent a new software with the same problems. Although persistent, I didn't flood them with with trouble reports or make a general nuisance of myself.
Eventually, they stopped responding to my bug reports. They did acknowledge the problem at:
http://www.e2sync.com/support/known_issues.html
although I don't believe the "reported on" date shown there is accurate, and I think I've seen it update several times in a way that makes me wonder if the developers are pretending to close the bug report in order to pacify a manager who can't tell the difference.
Consequently, I'm a pretty ticked-off consumer.
But if you don't use Exchange, and don't care about whether you can trust the tech support, it's a neat product.

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm in Finland, and the time zones that come from our office's Exchange server through e2Sync are marked as "ETC/GMT+3". I have no idea what "ETC" means, and the GMT offset should be +2, not +3 three hours. However, this could also be a problem in Entourage itself, because even it can't interprete the server time zones correctly: I get a message "Event and computer time zones do not match" for every event I open in Entourage. Both the computer and Entourage time zones are correct.Reply to This
