I can’t comment on the program as I have not tried it. I did use the swatch time utilities when they first started it but I found little reason to keep using them.

There is already a time base the does not use zones and is very widely used. It is called UTC (Coordinated Universal Time). This uses the time at the Greenwich, England as the standard. Most shortwave radio stations use this to schedule their shows for listeners all over the globe.

There are UTC menu clocks as well.

Swatch watches were cool until people figured out they were paying 30 bucks for a 2 dollar watch. Beat time is the same thing, but less useful.
