after using it for awhile its now working for me. def not a matter of click and use like most apple apps.I found the help files to be confusing. But with some patience its now working pretty good.$25 is too expensive for me though.

Synchronization is difficult - kevinhayes

Synchronization is difficult and expensive. The problem is when it is done right, synchronization looks easy, but there is a lot going on under the hood that you do not see.

$25 is a perfectly reasonable price for the value it provides.
